Hillary Blames Us for Mexican Drug Gang Violence
March 25th, 2009 by Syd
This is just so typical:
"Our inability to prevent weapons from being illegally smuggled across the border to arm these criminals causes the deaths of police officers, soldiers and civilians. So, yes, I feel very strongly we have a co-responsibility."…
…The United States needs to stop the flow of guns, body armor and night-vision goggles to the cartels, Clinton said.
"These criminals are outgunning the law enforcement officials," she said.
"When you go into a gunfight or are trying to round up these bad guys and they have military-style equipment that is much better than yours, you start out at a disadvantage. Since we know the vast majority of that comes from our country, we are going to help stop it from getting there in the first place." Source: CNN
So our newly-minted Secretary of mis-STATE-ment has decreed that it isn’t the murderous Mexican drug gangs who are responsible for the butchering of hundreds of their own people; it’s America. We’re at fault. How utterly stereotypical. What classic liberal “blame America first” double-speak. The Hildabeast is becoming a Doonesbury caricature.
And how do you think she is going to “stop it from getting there in the first place”? (As if America is the only or even the best place to buy an AK)? Can you say, “Assault Weapons Ban,” boys and girls? I thought you could.
Shocking, shocking i say. I wish someone would…… that bit.h………………….and then………………That way we could all say……………………you bit………………………..rot in hell.
(comments edited by me to remove any potentially threatining ideas being “miss” represented) So did no one in Mexico get shot with something larger than a 38 until 2004?

yes, because all those laws against smuggling narcotics are so effective at stopping them from their drug activities… so by the same logic, increased gun laws will work wonders…
Hey, I want some of that stuff being smuggle down to Mexico. Full auto rifles, grenades, mortars. Where can I get some of that?
Answer: Not here in the US of A, Hitlery!
Has anyone checked serial numbers of these weapons? Perhaps they did come from the US–sold to the Mexican gov’t and then diverted by the thousands of deserters from the Mexican army. Just asking…
most likely bruce a few have requested the mexican gov’t release the serial numbers but they refuse with all the corruption down there its no suprise but what scares me is hillary anounced that were going to help the mexican army by giving them a bunch of blackhawk helicopters what happens when the cartel gets there hands on them chain guns and all
btw welcome back syd you had everyone wondering if you were alright or had been abducted by black helicopters or something
What? Whose side are you on, Hilary? If we want to talk accountability, maybe Mexico can start taking some responsibility for all the illegal immigrants within our borders. http://tinyurl.com/cel43x
We’ve seen this technique employed before. It becomes a crisis once some of the people figure out that the story is on a shaky foundation.
We’re being out-shouted. Shout louder.
Or so the Mexican government claims, then when the BATF asks to see the records and trace the serial numbers, suddenly they clam up about it and refuse to cooperate.
Given the uncertainties of the black market, and the high costs associated with smuggling ironmongery across half a continent, why would a Mexican drug-gangster with any sense bother with whatever dribs and drabs may or may not be crossing the border from the US, when the infamously corrupt Mexican military will sell anything at all to anyone with the cash?
Or, possibly cheaper, they could just buy directly from Norinco in China, who got caught back in the 90s trying to bring a freighter loaded with full-auto AKs, beltfed LMGs and antiarmor rockets into the Port of Los Angeles, without so much as an import permit or a manifest. The Russians likewise will sell anything at all to anyone at all who can pay in US dollars or gold.
