Happy New Year, and remember: whatever goes up must come down. So, if you must shoot your guns off at midnight, fire them into the ground rather than up in the air, even if you live in the boondocks. If you live in the city, I??d suggest not firing them at all unless you??re just wanting a little face time with the SWAT team.
