Sandusky Register Publishes Lists of CCW Holders

In another vicious attempt to terrorize and intimidate law-abiding Concealed Carry Permit holders, The Sandusky Register has published lists of CCW holders from serveral counties here.
In my mind, this is criminal behavior. What other purpose could they have for publishing names than to threaten and stigmatize law-abiding gun owners?
